What makes this different

Global work. Nairobi home. Real career progression.

Most BPO companies offer a job. Oasis offers a career trajectory — with the structure, training, and global exposure to make it real. Here is what that looks like in practice.

Global client exposure from Day 1

You work directly for businesses in the UK, US, Europe, and East Africa. Your communication standards, tools, and processes are set to international benchmarks — not local ones.

Structured training and onboarding

Every Oasis team member goes through a structured onboarding programme before their first live day. Role-specific training, SOP briefings, and tool access are fully managed — you start confident, not guessing.

Clear progression pathways

Oasis promotes from within. Team leads, QA specialists, account coordinators, and operations managers across the business have come from entry-level roles. Your progression is tracked, discussed, and planned from your first review cycle.

Modern, professional facilities

Three Nairobi facilities — Royal Offices (Mogotio Road), Crescent, and Principal Place (Westlands) — all built to enterprise-grade IT and workspace standards. This is not a call centre basement. It is where serious professionals do serious work.

Welfare and wellbeing built in

Oasis has documented welfare policies, employee relations processes, and a dedicated HR team. Statutory benefits, leave entitlements, and WIBA compliance are not optional extras — they are the baseline.

A community of 1,000+ professionals

You join a team that has grown from a small Nairobi operation to a 1,000+ strong workforce serving clients across five countries. The culture is ambitious, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that world-class work can be built right here.

From application to progression

We do not just hire you. We build your career.

Every Oasis team member follows the same structured journey — from application through to long-term progression. Here is what to expect at each stage.

01

Apply

Submit your application through the open roles page or send your CV directly. Every application is reviewed by a real person within 5 business days. You will always receive a response.

02

Screening Call

A 20–30 minute call with an Oasis recruiter. We want to understand your background, your goals, and whether the role is a genuine fit for you — not just for us.

03

Skills Assessment

Role-dependent. For CX roles, a communication exercise. For data or tech roles, a short practical task. For finance roles, an accuracy and process assessment. All assessments are designed to be completed in under 45 minutes.

04

Interview

A structured interview with the hiring manager for your team. We assess for role competency, communication, and alignment with Oasis standards. Interviews are conducted in English and take approximately 45–60 minutes.

05

Offer and Onboarding

Successful candidates receive a written offer within 3 business days of their final interview. Onboarding begins before your first live day — covering tools, SOPs, team introduction, and role briefing. You will not be left to figure it out alone.

06

Performance Review and Progression

Your first formal performance review is at 90 days. From there, reviews are conducted every 6 months. Progression — into a senior role, a team lead position, or a new vertical — is discussed openly and tied to clear criteria.

From the people who work here

What it actually feels like to build a career at Oasis.

These are direct accounts from current Oasis team members across different roles and tenure levels. Names and roles used with permission.

I joined as a customer support agent two years ago. I am now a team lead managing 12 people. I did not expect to move this fast, but Oasis gave me the training, the feedback, and the opportunity. I took it.

AW
Amina W.
Team Lead — Customer Experience · 2 years at Oasis

The work is real. I am supporting a UK-based company's finance operations daily. The standards are high, the feedback is direct, and I am learning more here than I would at most organisations twice this size.

BO
Brian O.
Finance and Back-Office Specialist · 14 months at Oasis

What I appreciate most is that my manager actually knows my name and my goals. This is a big company, but it does not feel like one. You are not just a headcount here.

CM
Cynthia M.
QA Specialist — Data Annotation · 3 years at Oasis

I came from a background in logistics and was worried the transition into BPO would be difficult. The onboarding process made it straightforward. By Week 2 I was confident in the role. By Month 3 I was training new joiners.

Questions we hear most often.

No. Many of our entry-level roles are designed for candidates who are entering professional work for the first time. What we look for is communication ability, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Role-specific training is provided before you go live.
Hours vary by role and client. Some roles are standard Monday to Friday business hours (Nairobi time). Others involve shift patterns to cover UK, US, or European time zones. The specific hours for each role are stated clearly in the job listing.
The majority of Oasis roles are on-site at one of our three Nairobi facilities. Some specialist roles may include hybrid arrangements. Remote-only positions are rare and will be clearly indicated in the job listing.
From application to offer, the typical process takes 10 to 15 business days. We do not run slow, multi-stage assessment centres. If you are the right fit, we move quickly.
Every application receives a response within 5 business days. If you have not heard from us within that window, email careers@weareoasis.io with your name and the role you applied for.
Yes. Standard probation is 3 months, aligned to Kenyan employment law. Your 90-day performance review determines confirmation of employment. The criteria for successful completion are communicated at onboarding.
